ABV has been making drums and rollers with and without rubber lagging since 2014.

We source child parts like metal cups, plastic parts, and rubber discs from reputed suppliers. Bearings are bought from FAG, SKF and other reputed makers. Hubs and taper locks are being sourced from Fenner. Tubes and bars are being sourced from main suppliers. For machining we depend upon vendors in surrounding areas with good CNC machines.

All steps in making of drums and rollers are very critical. Pre-heating before welding and proper cooling may be necessary. Continuous welding and welding tests must be done. Rubber lagging must be of top quality. Rubber itself must be of good quality. Shot blasting, proper bonding, and proper autoclaving are very important. Grooves on rubber must be made with automatic machines.
