We pursue two categories of steel fabrication: Fabrication for Machines and Industrial Fabrication.

FABRICATION FOR MACHINES

We are Tier one vendors to several Mining, Concrete and Construction Equipment makers. We supply parts and sub-assemblies as per customer’s drawings.

Terex, a famous global supplier of mining and construction equipment, with a big factory at Hosur, is our very important customer. We supply flywheels, stringers, stringer supports, conveyors, chutes, etc., for their Screens and Crushers.

Sicoma, a famous Italian supplier of concrete mixers, with a plant in Bangalore, is another important customer. We deliver tanks, bridges, wear plates, and other items for their mixers.

Buhler, Forest Pres Machinery, Baka, GCI and Mactech are our other important customers.

INDUSTRIAL FABRICATION

We design, fabricate, deliver, and install a wide range of steel structures based on customer’s concepts and site measurements.

In car factories big presses sit in pits surrounded with several trenches for cables and pipes. We design and fabricate steel structures to cover these pits and trenches. These structures include columns, girders, steel or concrete floor panels, steel boxes, etc.

We fabricate steel frames for assembly lines in car factories.

We fabricate base frames for presses, D/G sets, and other machines.

We have delivered die plates of thickness up to 135 mm.

We fabricate, deliver, and install bar feeders and bar magazines for billet shear machines.

Our interest also lies in fabrication of stainless steel structures.
