We have sold capital equipment since 2001 from Japan, Taiwan, and China. We have been involved also in installing them. We have installed sheet metal stamping presses, forging machines, coil feeder lines, vibration testing systems, and other machines.

We have accumulated specialized tools to install all types of machines. However, we hire lifting and moving equipment like cranes and forklift.

ABV can marshal up to 50 skilled workers to manage up to three sites simultaneously. We have our own team of mechanical and electrical engineers, fitters, and welders at our Bangalore and Manesar offices to manage these sites. We have proper PF and ESI registrations.

We have executed many machine installations on turnkey basis. We arrange inland transport from seaport to customer’s factory, unloading, shifting to location, installation, and commissioning. We have installed new as well as used presses, blanking lines, cut to length lines, forging presses, etc., for OEMs like Maruti, Toyota, and others, as well as for Tier 1 vendors like JBM, Caparo, and others.

We have installed Testing Systems from Saginomiya, like Earthquake Simulators at SERC, Suspension Parameter Measuring Device at Tata Motors, Elastomer Testers at Bridgestone, Actuators for Fatigue Testing at Mahindra & Mahindra, to name a few.

We have worked with the Japanese machine suppliers like AIDA, Komatsu, Manyo, Saginomiya, Oriimec and Riken, with the Taiwanese companies like Lien Chieh and Sanes, with the Chinese company Jier, and with local foreign companies like Toyota Tsusho and Komatsu India.

We have a team of mechanical and electrical engineers who have been trained in Japan, Taiwan, and China at our principal’s facilities.

We also take up after sales support for these installations which includes service and spares support.
