From High Accuracy to Ultrahigh Accuracy
- In 1965, Amada developed the TP series of stamping presses with the basic aim of reliable safety. The TP presses immediately became mainstream stamping machnes. A wet clutch-brake combination was adopted for the first time in th transmission mechanism and proved its effectivesness in the stable operation of the transmission.
- Based on the highly trusted TP series, Amada’s subsequent stamping presses evolved in a variety of series as total systems of hardware, software, peripheralequipment, and service to meet varied needs of customers.
- Die setup reduction, material yeild improvement, process rationalization by automation an dline configuration, production management efficiency enhancement. In these ways, Amada’s stamping machines have improved productivity and reducted total cost.

LFB / LFC / LFD
The LFB/ LFC/ LFD series offers a precision straightener that can process material width up to 300mm, and can be adjusted to handle stock thickness between 0.1 and 1.4mm. This is the optimum model for processing all kinds of precision components which require outstanding straightening performance.
